Cogi Recorder — Conversation List
- Refresh Button: Updates conversation list with recordings that are stored remotely by Cogi. For example, if you use the Cogi web site to upload a recording, or if you use Cogi to record a phone call, then a tap on Refresh to update the conversation list with the remotely created/uploaded content.
- Conversation List: Rows are sorted by date (most recent first). Each row contains the subject, date/time, and duration of the recording. Also includes a button that takes you to additional details. Tapping a row causes the player to start playback.
- Player: Contains a slider bar that shows progress while playing. You can drag the slider to any location in the recording to start playback. The cursor turns red at the start of playback and occasionally during playback. This happens when the recording is stored remotely and is being streamed to your iPhone. When the cursor is red, Cogi is still buffering data for playback. The play button will toggle to allow you to pause during playback.
- Tab Bar: Cogi Recorder allows you to make 5 free phone calls*. You can choose one of your existing contacts or you can enter a number on the dial-pad. Tap the Recordings button to return to your recording list. Your recording will appear in your recordings list soon after the phone call completes.
- Record: Tap record when you want to create a new recording. New recordings are added to the top of your recordings list.
- Network Icon: You may notice the network icon rotating occasionally. Cogi automatically uploads your recordings and all changes to your recording data (subject, notes, etc.) to make it easier for you to share your data with others. To keep all of your recordings on your phone only, go to your iPhone Settings for Cogi and change "Sync Conversations" to "Never".
*Once you have used your 5 free calls, you can upgrade to a Cogi Premium Subscription , and continue to record calls.
